01 — Before Regavis
After many years of travelling to and spending time in the country, I have had the privilege of getting to know Portugal, its people and the remarkable development taking place — particularly in the Algarve, where we have established our base.

At the same time, with more than 25 years of experience as an electrician, I have naturally paid attention to something else.
What lies behind the walls.
And that is where the idea for Regavis began.
02 — The imbalance
I have seen exceptional properties created with extraordinary architecture, materials and ambition. But I have also met property owners who have struggled to resolve technical problems, who have been left with inadequate documentation, or whose installations simply did not reflect the standard of the property itself.
To me, there is a fundamental imbalance in that.
When a property represents a significant investment, its technical infrastructure deserves the same level of care, precision and attention.

We did not come to Portugal to compete on price.

Our base is in the Algarve, but our work is not defined by a single region. When the right project requires us elsewhere in Portugal — including Lisbon — we have the capability and ambition to be there.
Portugal has given me and my family many wonderful experiences over the years. Building Regavis here is therefore personal to me.
My ambition is simple.
When a client places responsibility for their property in our hands, they should know that the people on the other side take that responsibility seriously.
